Pediatric Sleep Coaching
Building a strong foundation and learning healthy habits surrounding sleep for children is extremely important. Sleep is a critical component of cognitive, physical, and social development! Life with newborns and small children requires many adjustments, and parents know the impact that sleep deprivation can have on daily life.
We will establish a customizable, sustainable bedtime routine that works for you and your family as well as provide the tools and in-the-moment strategies to keep your child sleeping. You will be equipped with the tips, techniques, and confidence that you need to help your child develop healthy sleep habits and begin a lifelong journey of healthy sleep hygiene . There is no a one-size-fits-all way to learn to sleep independently therefore it is important to create specific strategies that fit your needs for future sleep and personalized to your child's needs.
How it works
Once you’ve hired Katie, you will receive a detailed questionnaire inquiring about your child’s sleep patterns and overall schedule.
Katie will then take all that information and put together a custom sleep plan for your little one. It would include an age-appropriate daytime schedule, a good strategy for bedtime, sleep environment suggestions, and a game plan for how to respond to night wakings or any other issues related to your child’s sleep.
You will have the opportunity to be in regular contact with Katie throughout your two-week contracted package.

Why Virtual Support?
I believe it is essential for the parent or caretaker to learn the techniques and tools themselves so they can best support their child, handle any future sleep regressions, and show their confidence in their child’s ability to establish independent sleep habits.
Why 2 weeks?
Sleep coaching entails consistency and dedication, so a one-time sleep plan isn’t enough. Katie will work with you to establish new habits for your little one to promote healthy sleep hygiene and build a foundation to always fall back on. Having a plan to follow and staying consistent with it is the key to success!
